NAAG provides innovative legal skills training and resources to support the evolving needs of attorney general offices. NAAG delivers training courses in various formats: in person and online live and ondemand utilizing both experiential (learn bydoing) and instructional learning.
We are looking for a Meeting Coordinator to join our team to help support our programs.
The Job Brief:
The MeetingCoordinator supports the work of NAAG by coordinating all logistical aspects of assigned programs in both inperson and virtual position reports to the Director of Meetings and Events.
Travel is inherent to this position. (accounts for approximately 50% of theposition)
A Typical Day:
Programmatic
- Conductpretraining andonsitesupport/logistics for inperson programs to include oversight of hotel rooming lists meeting room setup food and beverage audio visual transportation materials name badges attendance list gifts and related duties
- Conductpretraining and live support for online programs to include oversight of attendee registration on the association management system (AMS) online platforms learning management system (LMS) setup and related duties
- Serveasdirectcontactforinperson and virtual programming maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with all internal and external personnel
- Adheretoprogrammaticandfinancialcloseoutprocedures
- Provideadministrativesupportasneededwhichmayincludeitemssuchasagendaformatting panel call schedulingand other logistical coordination
- Monitorand adhere to program budgets keeping track of all program expenses and being accountable for spending
- Assistwithtravelarrangementsofattendees speakers/faculty and staffforfacetofaceprograms as assigned
- Inputinformationforeachprogramintoorganizationwide databases including student and faculty information and postprogram evaluation results
- Coordinatewiththe communications and online learning departments
- Respondtoinquiriesbystateattorneysandcirculateinformationto Attorneys General staff as needed

- Bachelors degree in a related field or commensurate with work experience
- 12years of professional or business experience (meeting planning experience preferred)

Terrific Total Compensation Package:
- Salary range for this position is $47000.00$50000.00 commensurate with experience.commensurate with experience
