We are looking an exceptional Bars Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage Team!

What we are looking for
We are looking for an aspiring and ambitious Bar Supervisor with minimum of 2 years experience a passion for the hospitality industry and extensive drive to make a real difference.
Someone who can consistently deliver the highest standard and quality of customer service ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience in the Bar Areas.
We require business acumen team leadership exceptional service standards and impeccable attention to detail to deliver a firstclass experience to our guests and team.
Key responsibilities
To ensure the Bar assistants on duty are fully briefed and allocated duties for their shift and that everyone is aware of the level of service standards expected.
To monitor and lead service standards throughout the Fairway Bar and Grill.
To be responsible for the atmosphere and presentation of the Fairway Bar and Grill which will include ensuring all aspects of the front and back of house areas are spotlessly clean the music and lighting are set at the correct levels and the temperature is comfortable.
To contribute to increased F&B revenues by up selling from the food and beverage menus (and to train staff to do the same).
To follow the cashing up and cash handling procedures.
To check all guest account signatures and ensure all bills are settled.
