What Youll Do:
As a vital member of our team youll coordinate and assist individuals with medical dental and therapeutic appointments. Youll help manage medications maintain health records ensure insurance is in order and support clients every step of the way. From behindthescenes paperwork to frontline transportation and care youll be making a real impact.

What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience in human services or medical field preferred
Valid Colorado drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to complete required certifications (Medication Administration CPR/First Aid)
A big heart strong work ethic and great organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and transport to medical/dental/therapy appointments
Track medications and medical records
Support clients with selfadministration of medication
Liaise with healthcare providers and maintain insurance info
Assist with personal care when needed
Be a reliable team player and problemsolver
