Job Description
Bilingual Dental Scheduler Catherine Street
Full Time (40 hours weekly)
MondayFriday
No weekends or holidays
Keystone Dental Care is seeking a fulltime detailoriented teamplayer to join the team.
Performs scheduling responsibilities for all patients in Keystone Dental Care (KDC). Scheduler services patients and their needs by scheduling patients in multiple channels such as phone Solution Reach and email. Candidate is also responsible for rescheduling appointments as needed scheduling incoming referrals and assisting with mailings and other projects like call volume permits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience working in a dental/health care office setting is highly preferred.
Ability to consistently provide excellent customer service.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Bilingual Skills:
Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is required.
