Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Remote (Offshore)

We are a fastgrowing manufacturer and wholesaler of premium home goods serving over 1900 B2B clients. Our business is built on operational excellence strong attention to detail and longterm client partnerships. Were seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections and maintain account health across a large volume of small wholesale accounts.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for fullcycle accounts receivable management for small B2B accounts (typically under $50K annually). You ll handle phonebased and email collections apply payments resolve chargebacks and deductions and maintain clear organized account records. Experience in wholesale or manufacturing collections is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

Manage AR for a high volume of small accounts

Conduct outbound collection calls and followup emails

Accurately apply payments using internal systems
-
Resolve chargebacks deductions and discrepancies
-
Maintain uptodate records of customer interactions and account statuses

Coordinate with internal teams to clarify and resolve account issues

Use internal tools to manage and track collection efforts
-
Maintain professionalism in all customer communications

Adapt quickly to company systems and client structures
Qualifications
-
Fluent English (C2 level or higher)

2 5 years in AR or collections ideally in wholesale or manufacturing

Proficient in Excel Outlook and Word

Comfortable with highvolume outbound communication

Familiarity with chargebacks cash application and deduction resolution

Strong attention to detail and organization

Businessminded and customerfocused

Fast learner of internal systems and processes

Experience with B2B productbased billing preferred
