Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar (Jaipur)
Experience: 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Source screen and shortlist potential candidates for IT / Non IT roles through various channels (job boards social media referrals etc..
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and job specifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on IT positions preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques (social media job boards etc..
- Techsavvy with a keen interest in the IT industry.
- Bachelors degree in HR IT or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
