Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a seamless and highquality experience onsite.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative functions ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Engage with clients address inquiries and provide accurate project information with confidence and a passion driven approach.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions for future evaluation and service enhancement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including construction operations sales and the HPM team at the head office.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1.5 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Wellgroomed and presentable with a professional demeanor.
