Guest Relations Manager 5 Luxury Resort Neral and Ratnagiri Maharashtra.
Kish Hospitality Consultant seeks a seasoned Guest Relations Manager to oversee daily operations drive guest Relations and lead our client 5 resort in Neral.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized services.
2. Manage guest relations feedback and concerns.
3. Collaborate with departments (Front Office F&B Housekeeping) for seamless service.
4. Promote resort activities events and amenities.
5. Analyze guest satisfaction reports and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. 35 years of experience in a 5 hotel/resort as a Guest Relations Manager/ Duty Manager (Oberoi Taj ITC Marriott Hyatt Hilton)
3. Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English Marathi/Hindi a plus.
5. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays.
