Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced React Native Developer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have handson experience in building robust scalable and highperformance mobile
applications using React Native. This role involves working with technologies like Realm Redux
Styled Components and NewRelic with additional responsibilities in environment profiling and app
store submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobile App Development:
o Design and develop crossplatform mobile applications using React Native.
o Write clean maintainable and efficient code with a focus on performance and
scalability.
2. State Management:
o Implement efficient state management using Redux or similar libraries.
o Optimize app performance by reducing rerenders and memory consumption.
3. Database Management:
o Integrate and manage local data storage using Realm or similar databases.
o Optimize database queries for better performance and offline functionality.
4. Styling and UI Design:
o Create visually appealing and responsive UIs using Styled Components or similar
CSSinJS libraries.
o Ensure consistent design and theming across platforms (iOS and Android).
5. Environment Profiling and Configuration:
o Configure and manage environmentspecific variables using .env files or similar
solutions.
o Set up separate configurations for development staging and production
environments.
6. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
o Implement performance monitoring using tools like NewRelic.
o Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks ensuring a seamless user
experience.
7. App Deployment and Submissions:
o Prepare and submit apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
o Handle app release processes versioning and compliance with store guidelines.
8. Testing and Debugging:
o Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
o Debug and resolve issues efficiently ensuring app stability and reliability.
9. Collaboration:
o Work closely with designers backend developers and product managers to deliver
highquality mobile applications.
o Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in React Native and its ecosystem.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux.
Handson experience with Realm or other mobileoptimized databases.
Proficiency in Styled Components or similar CSSinJS libraries for styling.
Knowledge of environment profiling and configuration management.
Experience with NewRelic or other performance monitoring tools.
Familiarity with the app submission process for both Google Play Store and Apple App
Store.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.
Knowledge of native modules and bridging for iOS and Android.
Familiarity with tools like Fastlane for CI/CD in app deployment.
Understanding of mobilespecific performance optimization techniques.
Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines for mobile apps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
3 years of professional experience as a React Native Developer for MidLevel and 5 years
for SeniorLevel roles.
Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving and debugging abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
