Overview
The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the technical vision of the organization. This executive leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can manage technology development and supervise the engineering team. The CTO is crucial for aligning technology initiatives with business goals ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role in technology companies.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in business.
- Expertise in software development and agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience with various programming languages and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Experience in product management and development for technology solutions.
