Urgently hiring for Aluminum Foreman
5years experience candidate needed
Requirements
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the aluminum fabrication team. 2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operations. 3. Plan and schedule work assignments to optimize productivity and efficiency. 4. Conduct regular inspections of work sites and equipment to ensure proper functioning. 5. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Manage inventory and order materials as needed for ongoing projects. 7. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress. 8. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the fabrication and installation processes. 9. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
