Role: Strategy & Growth Analyst International Markets (Fresher Role)
Location: Kolkata Type: Fulltime Experience: 0 3 years CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA Start: Immediate

What You ll Do:
Research international job markets migration trends & policies
Support global outreach and partnership efforts
Track business performance via dashboards and reporting
Create proposals presentations and internal strategy documents
Contribute to product testing branding and crossfunctional projects
Requirements
Curious analytical and eager to learn
Strong in communication and research
Comfortable with ambiguity and startup pace
Skilled in Excel/Sheets PowerPoint Canva
