Job Description
Chat Process Associate English
Location: Padivattom Edappally
Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
Salary: 20000..00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer support Chat ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in English )
Working Days: 5 days a week
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat with prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide detailed information about company products services and policies.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain uptodate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or chatbased customer support.
- (Freshers with excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English are also encouraged to apply.)
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (both written and verbal).
- Good typing speed and proficiency in using chat support tools.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
