- Utilize product analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio proficiently
- Demonstrate a strong command of SQL queries
- Employ app scripting for automating sheets documents and regular emails
- Analyze and resolve complex cases using process knowledge
- Apply exceptional critical thinking abilities
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills
