Job Description
Monitor and devise plans to improve CSAT. Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of files.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
Recommend implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Compile and analyze statistical data.
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1 Years of extensive experience in quality inspection & auditing
Excellent computer skills including high proficiency in Excel Word and Outlook. Excellent typing skills needed.
No errors get past you and you do all that you can to ensure nothing slips through the cracks when it comes to quality control and reporting.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Successfully manage time and competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met.
Able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively and/or initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight
Proficiency in multiple authentication mechanisms, including JWT and Signature-based authentication. Understanding of data encryption, API security, and secure authentication. Strong expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with query optimization and indexing. CI/CD pipeline knowledge is mandatory. Must have experience with Azure or AWS, particularly in deployment. Experience with unit testing (Jest, Mocha, etc.). Knowledge of integration and end-to-end testing. Ability to write testable code and work with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to optimize existing solutions. Must be able to provide accurate project timeline estimations. Expected to deliver high-quality, well-documented code within deadlines.
