You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis is a remote call center position supporting the Business Operations. Agents will handle inbound calls related to individual and business tax compliance answer questions and help taxpayers navigate the system. You must be local to Arizona able to transport equipment from the office and attend inperson orientation on Day 1.
Answer highvolume inbound calls professionally.
Resolve Tier 1 issues and review taxpayer accounts.
Educate taxpayers about online tools and current tax policies.
Update and verify customer information.
Document call interactions across multiple systems.
Submit payment arrangement requests.
Meet performance expectations and participate in team activities.
Experience: Minimum 1 year recent call center experience (not switchboard/dispatch).
Skills:
Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel and Google Workspace.
Basic math skills (add subtract multiply divide).
Organized goaloriented and problemsolving mindset.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Other:
Must pass background check fingerprinting and tax compliance review.
Must have reliable hardwired internet connection.
Available for fulltime work and attend mandatory 3week training (8:30 AM 5 PM).
Spanishspeaking
Experience in finance/banking or process improvement
Associate degree or higher
100% remote work but must live locally (Phoenix/Tucson area).
Equipment pickup and firstday orientation are in person.
Interviews will be conducted remotely.
Short work history or unrelated call center roles (e.g. transfers only) may disqualify you.
1 year recent call center experience (not switchboard/transferonly).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication multitasking and basic math skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word Excel Google Workspace.
Must live within 1 hour of Phoenix or Tucson attend Day 1 in person.
Hardwired internet and ability to transport equipment.
Must pass background check fingerprinting and tax review.
Fulltime availability 3 weeks mandatory training (no absences).
