Our client a forwardthinking electronics distributor using AI and automation to streamline supply chains is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to design and optimize processes that connect Sales Marketing Customer Success and Finance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the revenue infrastructure and have a measurable impact on pipeline health forecasting accuracy and customer experience.

About the Role
As the Revenue Operations Manager you ll drive process improvements and systems integration across the entire revenue lifecycle from lead generation to renewals. Youll be responsible for CRM optimization analytics team enablement and performance reporting to support predictable sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design standardize and continuously improve leadtocash processes including lead routing opportunity qualification quoting order entry and renewals to reduce cycle times and support business scalability.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Power BI) ensuring data accuracy to support forecasting pricing models and strategic planning.
- Oversee and optimize the revenue tech stack integrating tools such as CRM CPQ marketing automation ERP (QuickBooks Desktop) and AIdriven quoting systems to streamline operations.
- Create and deliver training programs and enablement playbooks for Sales and Customer Success teams ensuring alignment on tools best practices and product knowledge.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including pipeline velocity MQLtoSQL conversion win rates CAC CLV and sales cycle length; provide weekly scorecards and monthly forecasts to leadership.
- Foster collaboration and alignment between Sales Marketing Finance and Operations through smooth handoffs shared metrics and quarterly business reviews.
- Continuously identify workflow bottlenecks and implement improvements through A/B testing automation and AI solutions ensuring compliance and maintaining data integrity.
Success Metrics:
- Improve MQLtoSQL conversion by 20% within the first 90 days
- Reduce average sales cycle by 15%
- Deliver forecast accuracy within ±5% monthovermonth
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a related field ideally in B2B manufacturing or electronics
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field; certifications such as RevOps Academy or Salesforce Admin are a plus
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce marketing automation platforms CPQ tools Power BI or Tableau Excel and SQL
- Experience managing CRM systems reporting dashboards and integrating revenue tools with financial systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to drive crossfunctional alignment and process adoption
- Preferred: experience working in manufacturing or distribution environments with familiarity in supply chain operations
