You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and driven Semicon Recruitment (Sales) Specialist to lead business development and client acquisition efforts in the semiconductor and electronics hiring domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building relationships with semiconductor industry clients and closing recruitment deals while coordinating with internal sourcing teams for delivery.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential clients in the semiconductor VLSI embedded systems and electronics industries to understand their hiring needs.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies for recruitment solutions targeting the semiconductor domain.
Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through cold calling LinkedIn outreach and networking in relevant forums.
Domain Understanding: Gain a solid grasp of semiconductor technical roles (ASIC embedded systems hardware etc.) to consultatively sell recruitment services.
Coordination with Delivery Team: Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality closures of client mandates.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain records of sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasting.
Bachelors degree (Preferred: B.E./ in ECE EEE or related fields)
MBA in Marketing/HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven B2B sales or client acquisition experience (preferably in recruitment or semiconductor domain)
Strong understanding of technical job roles and recruitment life cycle
Expertise in cold calling LinkedIn outreach and lead conversion
Ability to meet tight deadlines and revenue targets
