Job Description:
The Layup Operator is responsible for placing solar cell strings accurately on the glass surface as per layout ensuring precision and alignment for lamination.
Key Responsibilities:
Place solar cell strings on EVA and glass according to the layout.
Ensure no gaps misalignment or overlaps.
Coordinate with QC for firstpiece approval.
Handle materials with care to avoid breakage.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred. Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
