Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SCCM Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and configuring System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a comanaged environment including integration with Azure Cloud Management Gateway. This role will also involve managing device configurations through Microsoft Intune and ensuring effective deployment and management of Windows devices.
Key Responsibilities
SCCM Management:
Implement configure and maintain SCCM in a comanaged environment.
Manage software updates application deployment and operating system deployment.
Intune Administration:
Configure and manage Microsoft Intune including Autopilot Enrolment Status Page (ESP) and Windows policies.
Oversee device configuration and management to ensure compliance and security.
Azure Integration:
Utilize Azure Cloud Management Gateway for SCCM to manage devices in a hybrid environment.
Implement Azure automation for app registrations API management and authentication processes.
PowerShell Scripting:
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of tasks related to SCCM Intune and Azure.
Windows Management:
Manage Windows 11 features including Windows Update for Business (WUfB) Autopatch and Delivery Optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows devices and configurations.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain documentation for processes configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Generate reports on deployment status compliance and system performance.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with at least 2 years of handson implementation experience in SCCM and Azure environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SCCM and its components including Azure Cloud Management Gateway.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Intune Autopilot ESP and Windows policies.
- Experience with Azure automation and identity management solutions.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 features WUfB Autopatch and Delivery Optimization.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience in SCCM and Azure environments.
