We are looking for a dedicated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Grand Rapids. In this role you will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining accurate data in our internal systems. The ideal candidate is someone who is efficient thorough and values working in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in the company database
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review and correct errors in the data as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and file digital records efficiently
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Follow company procedures and data standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or a related field preferred
Proficient typing skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
