Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team at our Orlando FL office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company providing excellent customer service while handling front desk duties efficiently and professionally. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our administrative team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
