Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting updating and maintaining data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail the ability to multitask and excellent time management skills. If you have a passion for data and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Input data into company systems and databases with high accuracy.
Ensure data integrity by regularly updating and reviewing information.
Organize and maintain files records and other documents.
Collaborate with other departments to verify and crosscheck information.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.
Meet daily weekly and monthly data entry targets.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus but not required
