Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Orleans LA. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their questions are answered and concerns resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
Maintain customer accounts by updating information as needed
Process orders forms applications and requests
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
