Job Description
Advanced knowledge in AI Engineering
Experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI technologies
Strong background in software engineering and cloud computing
Proven track record of successful AI project implementations in an engineering context
Experience with large language models neural networks and other GenAI architectures
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively in an innovationdriven environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with MLOps practices and experience in scaling AI solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production environments.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and finetuning LLMs for specific use cases.
Experience in developing AIpowered automation tools for engineering workflows.
Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines for AI model training.
Exposure to ethical AI considerations and bias mitigation strategies in AI applications
