Job Description
The Centralized Scheduling Rep reflects the mission vision and values of NMHC adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provides convenient access to hospital services to patients and physicians offices.
- Maximizes hospital reimbursement by efficiently scheduling patients and securing accurate demographic insurance financial and clinical information in the hospital information systems.
- Provides convenient access to hospital services to patients and Rehabilitation offices.
- Provides facetoface interaction with patients to efficiently schedule patients to ensure they receive their recommended treatment
- Secures accurate demographic insurance financial and clinical information for maximum hospital reimbursement
Qualifications :
Required:
- Previous registration or comparable experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
Preferred:
- Basic medical terminology.
Schedule:
MondayFriday 8:00am4:30pm
There is a $1500 signon bonus available for this position for external candidates and candidates who have not worked at NM within the last year. Internal candidates and rehires within the last year are ineligible.
