The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) plays a vital role in supporting the endtoend recruitment process working closely with recruiters hiring managers and candidates. This position ensures smooth scheduling candidate communication document management and system updating in alignment with servicelevel targets and recruitment KPIs. It is essential to the success of a fastpaced recruitment team supporting highvolume hiring across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates recruiters and hiring managers.
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics assessment details and status updates.
Perform timely and accurate data entry and maintenance in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and process preemployment documents such as background checks contract preparation and preonboarding requirements.
Maintain proper recruitment documentation in compliance with internal audit and data privacy standards.
Provide support in job postings sourcing events and talent marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth recruitment operations and candidate experience.
Assist in talent analytics reporting by consolidating recruitment performance data.
Qualifications :
Excellent coordination organizational and administrative skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of ATS or recruitment systems is a plus.
Professional courteous and serviceoriented approach.
High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Information :
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology Human Resources Communications Business Administration or a related field.
Work Experience:
Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or any HRrelated function.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
Tenure:
Temporary 12month contract (renewable based on performance and project continuation).
