About the Role:
Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join their team! Reporting to the Branch Manager youll take charge of production operations leading a team to ensure superior quality while driving continuous improvement.
But its not just about managing processes youll inspire and motivate your team hold them accountable and provide the support they need to grow and succeed. With your leadership skills and mechanical aptitude with automation youll be key to driving success and making a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a team while fostering a positive work culture.
- Identifying and resolving production issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain highquality output.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues ensuring minimal disruption.
- Making timely decisions often under pressure to keep operations running efficiently.
- Managing workloads absenteeism and shift coverage to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
- Using metrics and reports to drive productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of manufacturing experience and a proven track record of managing teams. You should possess a strong mechanical aptitude be proficient with computers and be physically capable of handson work.
