- Clean Guest Rooms according to hotels Standard Operating Procedures.
- Adhere to health & safety requirements including proper chemical usage.
- Maintain linen inventory records and process lost and found articles correctly.
- Minimise wastage of materials and amenities.
- Ensure security awareness and report incidents to appropriate Manager.
- Process guest and hotel laundry efficiently following proper procedures.
- Operate laundry machines safely considering weight restrictions and requirements.
Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications:
- Education and Language: Minimum of 5 O Levels including English Language with excellent communication skills.
- Housekeeping Expertise: Indepth knowledge of cleaning practices attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Interpersonal Skills and Conduct: Excellent teamwork abilities cultural sensitivity and impeccable personal presentation.
- Organisational and ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and address guest concerns effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
