Job Description

  1. Clean Guest Rooms according to hotels Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Adhere to health & safety requirements including proper chemical usage.
  3. Maintain linen inventory records and process lost and found articles correctly.
  4. Minimise wastage of materials and amenities.
  5. Ensure security awareness and report incidents to appropriate Manager.
  6. Process guest and hotel laundry efficiently following proper procedures.
  7. Operate laundry machines safely considering weight restrictions and requirements.

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Education and Language: Minimum of 5 O Levels including English Language with excellent communication skills.
  2. Housekeeping Expertise: Indepth knowledge of cleaning practices attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
  3. Interpersonal Skills and Conduct: Excellent teamwork abilities cultural sensitivity and impeccable personal presentation.
  4. Organisational and ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and address guest concerns effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  5. Flexibility: Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
