Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Exterior Services Technician DOT Operator for our commercial landscaping team in Lilburn GA. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our commercial clients while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
- Operate and maintain various commercial landscaping equipment including mowers trimmers and edgers
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing edging pruning and planting
- Apply fertilizers herbicides and pesticides as needed following safety guidelines and local regulations
- Operate DOTregulated equipment in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
- Implement proper safety protocols and procedures while on job sites
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality results and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and equipment maintenance
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- DOT certification
- Previous experience in commercial landscaping or related field
- Experience operating DOT equipment
- Proficiency in operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance techniques
- Basic understanding of horticulture and plant care
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication abilities
- Commitment to safety and following proper protocols
