RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up safe work zones with proper equipment.
Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe.
Control traffic flow.
Providing outstanding service and protection to customers
Receive continuous development and guidance.
Protect the companys employees customers and assets against losses injuries and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices.
Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities.
Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging.
Setting up safe work zones with proper equipment

Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting i.e. Traffic Control Landscaping Manufacturing Construction Utilities Military or Skilled Operator
2 Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate
TMA Driver
TCS Certification Preferred
Familiarity with a clientbased schedule
Valid state drivers license
Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots
Comfortable standing 812 hours a day
Ability to lift 5060 lbs.
Accustomed to working in all types of weather and in traffic.
Must be able to pass preemployment screening including a drug test.

Minimum requirements:
Competitive Hourly Pay: $18.00
