Job Description
Hourly Rate: $29.42
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts
The Palletizer / Machine Operator will:
- Start and shut down equipment systems shut down emergency equipment and systems as required to standard and restart equipment and systems from emergency shut down state
- Operate bulk palletizer and wrap machine and make timely job change adjustments to packaging and palletizing equipment
- Make minor repairs and adjustments to other equipment and field instrumentation as needed to maintain production and equipment reliability and accuracy
- Monitor consumables inventory in order to maintain proper quantities for uninterrupted production
The Palletizer / Machine Operator will: should have:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals
- Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
