Job Description

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator supports the talent acquisition process by managing pre and posthire activities handling recruitment logistics and facilitating administrative tasks for specific client teams or programs.

  • Shift Schedule: Night Shift
  • Work Location: Mandaluyong City potentially hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the endtoend recruitment process including phone interviews and initial screening based on role requirements
  • Coordinate interview scheduling (phone video inperson) for qualified candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate status in ATS and other recruitment systems
  • Review applications in a timely manner and support job postings across various platforms
  • Manage the offer process including offer letter creation routing and presentation to candidates
  • Coordinate background checks medical clearances and reference verifications
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline status
  • Ensure the recruitment team is kept informed on progress and flag any issues or delays
  • Provide general administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams

Qualifications :

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a talent coordination or administrative support role preferred
  • Background in a business or office environment; customer service or administrative experience is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of recruitment administration practices
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and terminology strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively
  • Committed to delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
