Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Temporary Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cwmbran United Kingdom. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Maintain high store standards and create an engaging shopping experience
- Implement visual merchandising that aligns with our brand guidelines
- Process and replenish stock efficiently
- Ensure accurate pricing across all products
- Support with stock inventory and management
- Assist with cash handling and till operations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications :
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work in a fastpaced retail environment
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
- Confidence and a positive outgoing attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Additional Information
Salary:
Ages 1620: 8.65 per hour
Ages 21: 11.50 per hour
This role offers flexible working hours which may vary from week to week. There may be periods when no hours are available.
