Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the Sales Support Specialist plays a central role in managing customer relationships and driving marketing initiatives that support client growth and brand visibility. This hybrid position is responsible for overseeing daytoday account management tasks supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring clients receive timely proactive service that aligns with business goals. In addition this role provides secondary support to sales administrative functions helping to maintain CRM accuracy coordinate internal activities and assist in sales reporting. The Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with the Client Advocate and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through retention while also contributing to campaign execution lead generation efforts and market research. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategy and operations within the Sales & Marketing team. The role also includes performing other related duties as needed to support team and company objectives.

Account Management (Primary)

  • Act as a daytoday point of contact for client accounts maintaining strong and proactive communication.

  • Monitor client health engagement and renewal timelines; flag risks and opportunities for upsell or retention.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients coordinating with Sales Implementation and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Track and document key interactions feedback and touchpoints in HubSpot or other CRM systems.

  • Support ongoing relationship management by helping to identify client needs and facilitate appropriate internal responses.

Marketing Coordination (Primary)

  • Support the planning execution and tracking of marketing campaigns including email digital and eventbased initiatives.

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations newsletters and sales collateral.

  • Conduct industry and competitor research to inform campaign targeting messaging and strategy.

  • Help plan and coordinate promotional events webinars product launches and trade shows.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with the preparation of performance reports and insights.

Sales Administration (Supportive)

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and tracking deliverables.

  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure timely complete and accurate sales data.

  • Assist in processing sales documentation reviewing records and ensuring alignment with client contracts and project scopes.

  • Generate reports related to sales activity and assist in monitoring team performance indicators.


Qualifications :

Education & Experience

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clientfacing or coordination role such as account management marketing support or sales administration.

  • Working experience or knowledge of WinAir or other aviation management software (preferred)

  • Experience working in a B2B environment ideally within a software technology or serviceoriented organization.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot (or equivalent) is required.

  • Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns and/or analyzing campaign data is considered a strong asset.

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of organization accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities.

  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

  • Basic understanding of sales cycles marketing operations and customer account processes.

Environment & Physical

  • Candidate must reside in Ontario Canada

  • Work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities

  • Be able to work remotely and onsite upon request

  • Be able to sit for prolonged periods
