- Facilitates interview at a comfortable pace for the customer to discover customer preferences needs and buying motives
- Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
- Offers customer involvement in tradein evaluation presents financial proposition satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
- Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
