Are you a recent graduate ready to make your mark in the world of agriculture and technology Were looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Ag Precision Technology Strategic Marketing team supporting the adoption and success of cuttingedge precision agriculture technologies. In this role youll help craft the voice of our precision ag technologies translating complex features into clear engaging messages that drive customer value. Whether youre developing a value proposition writing for social media developing campaign content or supporting a product launch youll get handson experience across a variety of marketing channels and contribute to meaningful highimpact work from day one.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone whos eager to learn collaborate and grow their marketing career in an exciting fastevolving industry. We offer a hybrid work environment with three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote per week and a competitive benefits package including a generous 401k retirement match program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute coordinated marketing strategies to support new product launches and drive adoption of precision ag solutions.
- Build write and edit compelling customerfocused content for a variety of channels including web social media product onepagers video scripts and email campaigns.
- Work crossfunctionally with product sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Help coordinate project tasks under the direction of marketing leads ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Maintain brand consistency and clarity across all external and internal communications.
- Build write and edit internal and external presentations with clear visually engaging marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications Agriculture Business or a related field required.
- Experience in marketing preferably with exposure to agriculture or B2B technology.
- Outstanding writing editing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and content creation standard processes.
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies or ag equipment industry is a strong plus.

The annual salary for this role is $54375$79750 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.)
