Leasing Specialist Model Tobacco Richmond VA
Hourly Rate: Starting at $20/hr Commission Bonus Opportunities
Schedule: Flexible including weekends (MondaySunday alternating)
Model Tobacco a premier multifamily community in Richmond VA is seeking a professional energetic and customerfocused Leasing Specialist to join our team at WPM Real Estate Management. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 2 years of multifamily leasing experience and a background in sales or customer service.
As a Leasing Specialist youll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to resident satisfaction community events and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospects residents and vendors
Conduct tours and follow up with leads to convert them into residents
Guide applicants through the leasing process and collect necessary documentation
Maintain accurate traffic reports and vacancy logs
Coordinate moveins and ensure apartments are movein ready
Support resident retention by planning and participating in community events
Assist with marketing efforts including outreach and promotional events
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager including correspondence and file maintenance
Maintain resident files and insurance certificates
Support general office operations and phone coverage
Perform light cleaning of apartments as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Background in sales customer service or marketing preferred
Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Proficiency with computers and leasing software
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some evenings
