Job Description

As a PreSales Solution Architect you will play a pivotal role in presales and Go to Market activities working closely with clients to understand their business needs to craft compelling proposals that deliver business value. You will be the driving force behind creating cuttingedge comprehensive and innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

You will collaborate and partner closely with our clients to design endtoend solutions that push the boundaries of whats possible.  This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft capability and the ability to architect compelling solutions that meet our customers business strategies.  You will be responsible for architectural decisions ensuring solutions are compliant with industry regulations standards and best practices.

You will work closely with sales teams to highlight the business value of solutions ensuring alignment with client strategies. Your responsibilities include delivering presentations technical workshops and demos to explain complex concepts responding to RF(x) requests with tailored solutions developing compelling value propositions and creation of GTM solutions and marketing materials. You will need a deep understanding of Microsoft technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and participate in strategic sales planning ensuring IT initiatives meet both client and company goals.

You will create solution documentation including architecture diagrams scoping pricing implementation methodology to guide implementation collaborate with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements and manage risks to ensure designs comply with regulations. Additionally you will provide governance during the delivery phase to maintain architectural integrity and alignment with the original design.

You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and work closely with Microsoft and NCS practice capability teams to ensure solution alignment. You will clearly communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels maintain a professional presence in clientfacing situations and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications :

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central including AI with a focus on delivering modern and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in other Microsoft capabilities
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive solutions that consider scalability performance security and other relevant factors in collaboration with specialty practices.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements challenges and opportunities and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Facilitate and run scoping workshops to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of presales strategies.
  • Creation of presentations SOWs and pricing efforts for solutions
  • Creation of GTM solutions and marketing material such as flyers and pitch decks
  • Experience presenting at events round tables and other marketing / solution specific events
  • Master the art of the possible by learning to demo and effectively sell Solution Offerings.
  • Shape and lead demonstrations that address clients business problems.
  • Innovatively solve client challenges through effective presentations.
  • Craft the technical vision by mapping client requirements to Microsoft capabilities.
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of proposed solutions to business managers and executives.
  • Build prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to validate technical and solution decisions.
  • Contribute to continuously improving intellectual property (IP) through creating reusable templates sharing knowledge and building reusable demos.
  • Innovate and create new solutions using outofthebox thinking.
  • Work directly with the marketing team on organisational initiatives.
  • Estimate and design resourcing requirements for proposed solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Contribute to quality go to market strategy aligned with the Solutions practice strategy and overall NCS go to market strategy.
  • Assist with service catalogue definition and supporting process and artefacts for the Solutions area.
  • Work closely with the Markets team to understand trends and market demands and feed that intelligence back to the practices to define and deliver in demand services to clients.
  • Contribute to standards guidelines and best practices for the solutions team.
  • Ensure consistent application of solutioning approaches to deliver highquality outcomes and solutions for clients.
  • Drive relationships with tool vendors and partners.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Partner with clients as a trusted advisor on technical solutioning and implementation nationally.
  • Work with clients to address key problems pain points and create a future resilient engagement through capability uplift and knowledge sharing activities.
  • Key contributor to tender specifications bid reviews solutioning and technical reviews.
  • Deliver technical webinars to large audiences.
  • Moderate technology forums and panel discussions.
  • Creating thought leadership content across key areas of expertise.
  • Maintain your own professional and technical knowledge by ensuring you maintain your skills within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Drive business development and presales activities being the key technical contributor to tender responses and bids including RFPs RFIs along with marketing/thought leadership activities.
  • Drive growth through partner opportunities nationally
  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives through participating in our thought leadership program including running regular events being a keynote speaker presenting case studies creating webinars blogs and other relevant collateral  
  • Create and support sales enablement collateral and activities to promote the capability to a national audience.
