Job Description

Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a wellestablished independent private practice dedicated to serving the Orange Park Candidates:Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine with completion of an ACGME residency programHave a current or be able to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Florida notsubject to any restrictions probationary terms or conditionsNo history of license to practice being revoked restricted or suspended by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdictionHave current unrestricted DEA registrationPosition:Outpatient primary care only no inpatient coveragePractice call is shared amongst members of the groupPatientCentered approachResponsible for providing and managing direct care to new and existing patient populationIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits packagePTO and CME time / allowance including paid holidaysSign On Bonus and Relocation Allowance
