Your Role at Baxter
As an Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the OnDemand Services Divisions ecommerce strategy and execution to drive growth optimize customer experience and increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce trends digital marketing and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
What Youll Bring:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve growth targets and optimize customer experience.
- Analyze current legacy solutions
- Build cases to drive profitable investments in the ecommerce platform (features capabilities etc.)
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to find opportunities for differentiation and improved customer experience.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management and customer service to ensure alignment with ecommerce objectives & ensure success.
- Manage the ecommerce website including product listings pricing and site layout and design (pictures / videos / Field Actions / Service Manuals / Depot ordering & tracking)
What Youll Bring:
- Experience working with a Parts organization and/or ISO
- Familiarity ecommerce analytics tools required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in ecommerce software.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce management required.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce principles digital marketing and the online sales process.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104000 $143000 annually.
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
