Physical Therapist
Location:Henderson NC (Onsite)
Level: Junior

Salary Range:$70000 $94000 annually
Signing Bonus: Negotiable
Relocation Package: Partial (Relocation stipend may be available for candidates living more than 2 hours from the facility)
MustHave Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist License
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience with outpatient physical therapy services across varied diagnoses; familiarity with acute/inpatient rehab preferred
NicetoHave Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will deliver direct care to patients across outpatient inpatient rehab and acute care settings under the supervision of the Rehab Services Director and Physical Therapy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations develop care plans deliver treatments and perform discharges in an outpatient rehab environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation to reflect medical necessity and progress
- Provide coverage in acute/inpatient rehab as needed
- Manage prior authorizations and independently handle a full caseload
- Assist with scheduling for holidays weekends and vacation coverage
- Work alongside rehab team members including OTs SLPs Athletic Trainers Rehab Techs and administrative staff
- Participate in departmental and organizational quality improvement initiatives
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Maintain compliance with all licensing documentation and continuing education requirements (CMS Joint Commission Medicaid etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
- Bachelors degreein Physical Therapy (required)
Required Certifications
- North Carolina Physical Therapist License(required)
- BLS Certificationfrom the American Heart Association (preferred required before starting)
