As we continue to grow were looking for a detailoriented Quality Assurance Inspector who thrives in a fastpaced manufacturing environment and takes pride in ensuring product excellence.
What you will do
- Perform inprocess and final inspections of molded parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Use measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and height gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints control plans and inspection instructions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Communicate quality concerns to operators supervisors and the Quality Manager
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and follow all safety guidelines
What were looking for
- Previous experience in quality inspection within a plastic injection molding or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar) a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Can consistently and accurately follow written procedures.
- Can accurately read measuring devices; pin gages calipers depth gages and microvu.
- Can accurately set scales inclusive of weights and sample sets.
- Can safely and efficiently use a pallet jack.
- Can safely and efficiently visually inspect parts per customer standards.
- Can walk and stand up to 4 hours at a time.
- Can lift up to 55 pounds from the floor to chest height repeatedly.
- Can wear steel toe or composite safety shoes.
- Is accurate neat and thorough with communication documentation and inspections.
- Excellent attendance and on time.
- Interacts as part of a team with Supervisors and coworkers professionally at all times.
