Job Description
The Childrens Intake and Group Specialist performs child and adolescent Biopsychosocial Assessments and Eligibility Determinations for intake into all MFS services. Assists in planning coordinating monitoring and implementing intake practices for therapeutic rehabilitative support and community integration services across all MFS satellite offices. Additionally is responsible for planning and running treatment groups to meet client needs.
- Masters Degree in field of mental health or related fields (psychology counseling social work nursing or related field from an accredited college or university.) Preference given to degree that is certifiable or license eligible in New Hampshire.
- Licensed or Licensed eligible in the State of New Hampshire (LICSW LMFT LCMHC)
- At least one year in a degreerelated internship under the supervision of a psychiatrist doctoral level psychologist a certified/licensed mental health professional or person with equivalent credentials.
