Job Description
Seeking adjunct faculty with interest to teach across our Nonprofit Leadership Masters program including: Introduction to Nonprofit Leadership Strategic Planning Program Design and Evaluation Nonprofit Finance Nonprofit Fundraising Nonprofit Governance Leadership Marketing and Communications HR Legal Issues and Ethics Capstone (research practicum)
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience as a practitioner in the nonprofit sector. Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching experience with adult learners though not necessarily at collegiate level. Advanced degree relevant to the topic taught is preferred. Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling. Skilled at facilitating interactive online learning experiences both live (e.g. zoom sessions) and asynchronous (e.g. developing interactive assignments and modules for engaging learning)
