SUMMARY
We believe our clothing sorters play an important role within our organization; they are the front line for receiving inspecting grading and sorting product. Sorters play a significant part in deciding the quality and quantity of product that is displayed to our valued customers on a daily basis thereby reducing manpower expenses and creating a more efficient process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent certification preferred. Prefer at least one year of experience working with the developmentally disabled.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS
Valid Florida drivers license with a safe driver rating.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
All around team player able to work quickly and efficiently at all times.
Highly motivated and positive individual with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Ability to embrace change in support of the ever growing retail business.
Ability to efficiently organize and manage priorities.
Ability to multitask; able to keep work area(s) organized and free of safety hazards.
Ability to make quick judgment when sorting/grading clothing.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Ability to deal courteously tactfully and efficiently with coworkers management and the public.
Willingness to comply with inservice training or other mandates.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
