Lead and develop a team of technical service engineers and technicians.
Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues repairs and maintenance.
Develop and implement service procedures policies and standards.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
Oversee installation maintenance and troubleshooting of products and equipment.
Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and tools.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Electronics or related field).
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a technical service or support management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and communication abilities.
Customeroriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Turkish is preferr
