Job Description
- Raise awareness of ICS requirements and share corporate good practices.
- Conduct training sessions on the ICS framework methodology and the IT tool COMFORT.
- Support the risk assessment process and assist in the design of controls and mitigation plans (MPs).
- Ensure uptodate documentation of controls and mitigation actions in the IT tool COMFORT.
- Consolidate and monitor ICS results for management review meetings.
- Prepare reports for the organizational entity (OE) as required.
- Calculate Planned Production Cost (PPC).
- Report improvement projects on digital platforms.
- Support the monthly closing process.
- Coordinate overhead costs (especially within the LOG internal delivery chain).
Qualifications :
- Solid understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) principles and internal control frameworks (e.g. ISO 31000 COSO).
- Experience in risk assessment control design and process analysis.
- Proficiency in using IT tools for internal control management (experience with the COMFORT tool is a plus).
- Analytical and structured thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to consolidate data monitor results and prepare management reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Experience in operational processes and a basic understanding of financial flows (e.g. invoicing payments) is preferred.
