Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team in Doha Qatar. As an integral part of our maintenance department you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our facilities.
- Install maintain and repair electrical wiring systems and fixtures in buildings
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members on projects and repairs
- Respond to emergency calls and provide solutions to electrical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies
- Assist in the development and implementation of energyefficient electrical solutions
Qualifications :
- Valid license to practice as an electrician in Qatar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Indepth knowledge of electrical systems controls and equipment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and respond to oncall emergencies
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various work environments
- Proficient in English language communication (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills for maintenance recordkeeping and communication
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customerfocused approach to service and problem resolution
