- Managing all the administrative tasks in the Goods Management System regarding supplier and article master data maintenance ordering and stock management
- Help to conduct partial and yearly inventories
- Lead and control Store Administration (ALC) employees in their work
- File all documents in compliance with SOP.
- Make GMS/SCS entries based on the properly authorized forms
- Prepare Reports for Head Office or internally for Store Manager as per Requirement.
- Store Ordering & Follow up
- Distribution of all price updates
- Checking of METRO Post & Comparing with MM List
- Entering Stock Correction.
- Stock correction/local article change into system and ensure in very next day
- Distribution of GMS Report on daily bases
- Preparation of gap check report on daily bases
- Preparation of stock correction/sale report on daily bases
- Price change as per DM request and buyer request.
- Blocking and un blocking of articles as per request of DM.
- Provide GR Sticker to GR Deptt for supplier payment
- Real Card and METRO POST Real card generating as per request of DM
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
